In advance for bookings of 2 or more nights.
Direct deposit/electronic transfer preferred. Cheques accepted at owner's discretion.

Cancellation of Bookings In Holiday Periods:
(NSW School, public holiday & long weekends)

6 weeks or more notice = full refund.
Less than 6 weeks, but more than 2 weeks = 50% refund, if we are unable to refill the vacancy.
Less than 2 weeks = no refund if we are unable to refill the vacancy.

Note: We will endeavour to fill the vacancy and give a full refund.
