Why Hobbit Haven? After several trips to the area in search of a suitable property the two vertically challenged friends became affectionately known (at least that’s the assumption they made!) to the locals as the 'hobbits'. On conceding that the name did in fact suit them very well, Hobbit Haven was born. The Villa A single-storey, very modern, clean and comfortable 3 bedroomed villa. The bed set-up is as follows; Bedroom 1: queen bed Bedroom 2: bunk beds – the 'kids room' Bedroom 3: a double futon *All rooms have built in wardrobes. There is also a double sofabed in the lounge, so we can accommodate up to 8, but suggest that 6 is a comfortable number. The modern kitchen has an electric stove, fridge freezer and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils provided. The comfortable lounge has a large colour TV, DVD player (with DVD’s for your viewing pleasure), there is also a Sony Playstation and games and CD Stereo. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is also a utility room with laundry facilities. There are bikes for use in the garage and guests are free to use whatever beach games, chairs, umbrellas they find in the garage. There is also a BBQ for your use.
